Build OpenAMQ on Mac OS X with MacPorts

First install MacPorts.

Download the files attached to ticket https://trac.macports.org/ticket/16275 to the following directory: ~/ports/net/openamq.

Then execute the following commands:

cd ~/ports/net/openamq
mkdir files
mv patch* files
cd ~/ports
portindex
sudo port -v install openamq
